FEBRUARY 2010 News Update

Hi everyone,

First I'd like to wish you all a very late Happy new year!

For those of you who attended any of the mkyoga workshops last year thank you for your support. The last workshop with Liz Lark was amazing, Again the reponse from all the teachers who visited us last year is what a fantastic and hard working group mkyoga has.

Milton Keynes is fast becoming one of the country's top places for Yoga and again this year we have a great selection of teachers coming to MK. Check out the workshop page. The times and content of all the workshops will be added asap.

Due to a computer crash in December I've been off line until now so I'm sorry if you have been able trying to get hold of me, I also lost my list of email contacts (As most of you know I'm a real computer NUMPTY and had no back up) So if you want any info sent to you please get in touch asap using the contact on the website - name address etc. Also if you know of anyone who attended last years workshop or might be interested in this years please ask them to get in touch (Many thanks).
